A few papers of interest…

If anyone is interested in some microbiome reading, I’ve posted some references below of a few recent papers.  One is the current status of the Human Microbiome Project.  There is another one the connection between the microbiome and cancer.  I’ve also posted a recent Science paper that is relevant to our discussion from the last meeting on luminal versus tissue-attached commensals.  Note that I haven’t read any of these yet so I don’t know how good they are but all looked interesting.
